Come and share in a contemporary Communion as we reflect on the last of our Seven Sacred Spaces Saith Gofod Sanctaidd of monastic life, the Chapel, at Llangelynnin Old Church.

We will be gathering high on the hills above Henryd for this special Celtic Communion Service. It will be our last Celtic Prayer and Praise Service at the Old Church Hen Eglwys this year, and a fitting finale to a wonderful season of singing our praises to God. Let’s raise the roof with our worship!
How does our worship inspire us as a congregation?
Praise God in His holy house of worship,
praise Him under the open skies;
praise Him with fiddles and mandolin.
Let every living, breathing creature praise GOD!

Psalm 150 (The Message)
Chapel is a place where we gather to pray with others, and it feeds us spiritually. We are all linked by the Holy Spirit, who prays in us and through us to God the Father, in the name of Christ the Lord.
We always give thanks to God for all of you and mention you in our prayers, constantly remembering before our God and Father your work of faith and labour of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.

For that extra sense of pilgrimage, gather at the middle of the three car parks on the Sychnant Pass at 1.15pm for a medium paced walk (walking boots and wet weather gear recommended). There will be homemade cake, tea and coffee available after the Service, as well as a welcome loo stop! We are so looking forward to welcoming you tomorrow.
