About
Across our five churches, a team of dedicated members have undertaken specialist training in pastoral care, and regularly meet to identify areas of need in our community and beyond. Care for the elderly, sick, bereaved, or for those with disabilities can be arranged through our team, with regular visits, check ins, and home communions for those who are unable to get to their local church. We also send regular newsletters and letters, which are often a vital lifeline for those who are isolated and lonely.
Through our Bags of Love food programme, support for families in financial difficulty can be given on a monthly basis in the form of a monthly food hamper. For more information on how Bags of Love can support you or someone you know, click the link blow.
