As we look ahead to the new season, which begins on 26th March, we’re gathering as a team of new and existing volunteers at St. Mary’s Church, in Conwy, on Saturday 9th March (9.30am – 12pm). It will be a morning full of facts and fun, and there’s always cake when we meet!
Our Visitor Welcome Team greeted over 16,000 visitors and local people last year. The morning will be practical in nature, giving everyone all they need to take part in the valuable work of meeting and greeting visitors in this great place of worship and heritage. An important part of volunteering is to make new friends, as well as to serve our community. The morning will provide a great opportunity to share knowledge and to welcome new team members. If you would like to join the Team for the 2019 season, please get in touch with us on 5churchinfo@gmail.com, or via the Contact form.
