This is to give notice of the completion of the Electoral Roll and advise members of the Annual Vestry Meeting which is to take place on Thursday 9th May at 4.30pm in the St. Mary’s Church Hall, Conwy. All members of the roll are encouraged to attend.
Member of the Church in Wales, as defined in the Constitution means:
a. any office holder in the Church in Wales;
b. any Cleric and deaconess in receipt of a pension from the Representative
Body;
c. any person whose name is entered on the electoral roll of a Parish; and
d. any member of the Governing Body and the Representative Body and any
committees of them.
In line with the Church in Wales constitution, the Electoral Roll will be available for inspection on request from today, 25/04/2024 until the Vestry Meeting. Requests to view the Electoral Roll should be made in writing to 5churchinfo@gmail.com, or sent by post to The Vicarage, Rose Hill Street, Conwy LL32 8LD.
